QUESTION 1: Does your company possess a valid Business License / Enterprise Registration Certificate covering the supply and transportation of iced drinking water and electrolyte rehydration powder?

QUESTION 2: Can you provide the drinking Ice water is manufactured from factory with a valid Certificate of Food safety conditions, a notarized copy of the certificate is required to produce when the goods are delivered (Circular No: 05/2011/TT-BYT & QCVN 10:2011/BYT)?
