NOTICE OF PROCUREMENT PLAN – TO PURCHASE INSTRUMENT SPARE PART FOR MAB AND WET GAS AT RFCC

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for TO PURCHASE INSTRUMENT SPARE PART FOR MAB AND WET GAS AT RFCC to select suitable supplier for supply the good.

If your company is interested in those procurement packages, please fill in and the complete questionnaire below then send email to dang.nt@nsrp.com.vn  “Response for Questionnaire “TO PURCHASE INSTRUMENT SPARE PART FOR MAB AND WET GAS AT RFCC” by [10PM on 15 April 2026] (Hanoi time) at the latest. For the avoidance of doubt, this notice does not constitute any contractual offer, binding promise or guarantee of business by NSRP.

QUESTION 1: Does your company have Business Registration & Relevant Business Line Code to supply spare parts for Instrument equipment?

Note:  In accordance with the Law on Enterprises 2020 and Decree No. 01/2021/ND‑CP on enterprise registration, business lines are no longer displayed directly on the ERC. Therefore, NSRP will verify the Bidder’s registered business lines via the National Enterprise Registration Database.

If yes, please provide a valid Enterprise Registration Certificate (ERC) & Relevant Business Line Code demonstrating eligibility to supply these items.

QUESTION 2: Does your company have any reference contract for provision of Spare parts for valves, actuators, valve accessories, sensing elements, controllers and electronic parts?

2. No

QUESTION 3: Does your company have ISO 9001:2015 Certificate related to Quality Management Systems (QMS)?

If yes, please provide the notarized copy of these documents. 

QUESTION 4: Can your company provide 12 months warranty from date put in service or 18 months warranty from the date of handover the goods to NSRP, whichever comes first?

QUESTION 5: Please confirm (Yes/No) into below table if your company can/cannot supply spare part/tool/equipment of following manufacturers? If yes please provide the evidence (such as authorized letter, capture email working with OEM, similar PO/Contract)

Part 2. Screening criteria

Potential candidate who answers “Yes” – for all questions No.1;2;3;4 with required sufficient evidence, will “Passed” screening evaluation and recommended to be shortlist bidder.
