NOTICE OF PROCUREMENT PLAN FOR Provision ISO 14064 Implementation Consultancy SERVICE AND SUPPLY Independent Third-Party GHG Verification Services

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning to engage a qualified Service Provider capable of delivering comprehensive Consultancy Services and Verification Services.

For the avoidance of doubt, this notice does not constitute any contractual offer, binding promise or guarantee of business by NSRP.

Part A: Survey questionnaire for provision ISO 14064 implementation consultancy service:

QUESTION 4: Does your company have previous experience in supporting clients through successful greenhouse gas inventory verification and greenhouse gas emission mitigation verification by an accredited verification body?

QUESTION 5: Does your company have consultants who are qualified and competent in ISO 14064-1, ISO 14064-2, the GHG Protocol, IPCC Guidelines, and Vietnam’s GHG regulatory requirements as well as qualified trainers to conduct training on GHG inventory methodology, GHG verifier?
