SURVEY QUESTIONAIRE AND SCREENING CRITERIA FOR CALCIUM STEARATE FOR POLYPROPYLENE (PP) PRODUCTION

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for procurement of Calcium Stearate for Polypropylene (PP) Production to select suitable supplier for supply the good.

QUESTION 1: Does your company have the applicable business licenses and/or an authorization letter from the Manufacturer (in case the Bidder is not the Manufacturer) for supplying Calcium Stearate for Polypropylene (PP) production?

QUESTION 2: Does your company/Manufacturer have experience in supplying Calcium Stearate for Polypropylene or other polyolefin production applications?

QUESTION 3: Please provide the following technical information for the proposed Calcium Stearate product:

• Technical Data Sheet (TDS)

• Safety Data Sheet (SDS/MSDS)

• Typical product specifications / guaranteed properties

• Packaging and storage conditions

• Shelf life

The proposed product shall be suitable for use as an additive in Polypropylene production.
