Introduction
Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is identifying suitable suppliers for the Hydrogen Manufacturing Catalyst suite for Unit 070-HMU. This unit utilizes Foster Wheeler Terrace Wall SMR technology and Pre-reformer technology to produce 145 KTA of high-purity hydrogen.
Operating Context for Bidders: The catalyst suite must be designed to handle three distinct feed cases and maintain performance for a minimum of 48 months:
– Case 1: CCR Tail Gas + RFG (30–45 wt%) + Balance LPG.
– Case 2: 100 mol% LPG (98% Butane + 2% Butylene + 100 ppmw Butadiene).
– Case 3 (Future): CCR Tail Gas + RFG (30–45 wt%) + Balance LNG.
If your company is interested in this procurement package, please fill in and the complete questionnaire below then send email to hieu.nd@nsrp.com.vn “Response to Questionnaire – Supplying 070-HMU Catalyst” by 21-July-2026 at the latest.
