Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for procurement of Service for Heat Exchangers and Air Fin Coolers to select suitable supplier for supply the Services.

Appendix 1: Brief SoW

Regarding shell-and-tube heat exchangers at NSRP, a significant number of tube bundle and component replacements have been carried out to date. Many of the replaced bundles and parts can be refurbished to meet operational requirements. Refurbished bundles can be stored in the NSRP warehouse and kept ready for installation during any upcoming plant event.

On the other hand, air fin cooler maintenance activities (such as cleaning, tube plugging, etc.) are performed annually as part of preventive maintenance and RBI program requirement. For above reason, a contract service for the maintenance of shell-and-tube heat exchangers and air fin coolers are required.

Bidder is to carry out site visits to have clear view of current heat exchangers or Air Fin Coolers for properly preparation of maintenance procedure.

The bidder shall carry out shell-and-tube heat exchanger refurbishment activities, including but not limited to tube bundle retubing, bundle cleaning, shell cleaning, and other related works, with primary focus on tube bundle refurbishment.

The bidder shall perform in-situ air fin cooler maintenance activities, including blinding, cleaning, tube plugging, mechanical plugging (e.g., Pop-A-Plug or equivalent) in accordance with ASME PCC-2, tube expanding, inspection, and testing.

Based on above provision, NSRP/Static Section is seeking a professional contractor for a frame contract service for the maintenance of shell-and-tube heat exchangers and air fin coolers.
