SURVEY QUESTIONAIRE – SUPPLY OF PLASTIC PALLET IN PPU PACKAGING

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for procurement of Supply of Plastic Pallet in PPU Packaging to select suitable Supplier for supply the goods.

QUESTION 1: Does your company hold a valid Enterprise Registration Certificate (ERC) and the relevant registered business line(s) demonstrating eligibility to supply Plastic Pallet?

QUESTION 2: Is your company certified to ISO 9001?

If yes, please provide a valid certificate.

QUESTION 3: Can your company provide commitment to supply the goods with original/ copy Certificate of Origin (CO), Certificate of Quality (CQ) issued by Manufacturers or others and Warranty Letter?

QUESTION 4: Does your company have similar contracts/ POs for supplying Pallet or similar material in the last 05 years?

QUESTION 5: Can your company supply plastic pallets in the standard CP7 format with dimensions of Length × Width × Height: 1300 × 1100 × 138–156 mm, with a minimum static load capacity of 3000 kg and a dynamic load capacity of 1500 kg?
