Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for procurement of “Provision of comprehensive maintenance services for Fire & Gas, Fire Alarm, FM-200, and CO₂ systems, including verification/calibration and certification of fixed gas detectors, portable gas detectors, noise dosimeters, light meters, and heat stress monitors” hereinafter referred to as the Service to select suitable supplier for supplying the Service.

For the avoidance of doubt, this notice does not constitute any contractual offer, binding promise or guarantee of business by NSRP.

QUESTION 1 (Applicable to Scope No. 1,2,3): Does your company hold a valid Enterprise Registration Certificate (ERC), with the relevant registered business lines and the required licenses issued by authorized organizations, demonstrating its eligibility to provision of 3 required Scope of Services above table in compliance with applicable laws and regulations?

• In accordance with the Law on Enterprises 2020 and Decree No. 01/2021/ND‑CP on enterprise registration, business lines are no longer displayed directly on the ERC. Therefore, NSRP will verify the Bidder’s registered business lines via the National Enterprise Registration Database.
• The candidate may submit responses for any individual scope or combination of scopes based on Candidate’s qualifications and capabilities. Participation in all three scopes is not mandatory.

QUESTION 2 (Applicable to Scope No. 1): Does your company have at least three (03) similar contracts/ POs within the last five (05) years related to provision of maintenance service for Fire alarm (Notifier-Honeywell), FM-200 (Kidde Fire) and F&G system (Fixed gas detectors) in industrial plant?
