SURVEY QUESTIONNAIRE – FOR DEVELOPMENT, HOSTING AND MAINTENANCE OF NSRP CORPORATE WEBSITE

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning to engage a qualified service provider for the development, hosting, operation, support, and maintenance of NSRP’s corporate website. At this survey stage, the detailed Scope of Work has not yet been issued. Vendors are requested to provide high-level information to help NSRP assess market capability and shortlist suitable bidders.

The anticipated service scope includes corporate website strategy and UI/UX design, CMS-based website development, bilingual Vietnamese/English content support, hosting and infrastructure setup, cybersecurity and performance management, SEO/analytics integration, testing and deployment, and ongoing maintenance/support after go-live.

QUESTION 1: Does your company have a valid business registration/license in Vietnam and legal authorization to provide website design, development, hosting, managed services, and maintenance services?

QUESTION 2: Does your company have at least five (05) years of experience delivering enterprise-grade corporate websites, including UI/UX design, CMS implementation, cloud/hosting services, and ongoing managed support?

QUESTION 3: Can your company provide information on at least three (03) recent corporate website projects, preferably covering website strategy/design, CMS development, hosting, deployment, maintenance, and support?

QUESTION 4: Does your company have the capability to deliver a corporate website solution, including responsive design, Vietnamese/English bilingual support, SEO and analytics integration, cross-browser/device compatibility testing, secure hosting with SSL/HTTPS, regular backup, CDN/DDoS protection, web application security controls, accessibility compliance, version control, and handover/exit support to avoid vendor lock-in?
