Subject: Survey questionnaire for office and training space rental

PURPOSE:

To determine the shortlist of bidders from the long-listed suppliers approved in Bidding Strategy for bidding package “office and training space rental” in accordance with NSRP Procurement Procedure, the Pre-Q Questionnaire are developed as below.

“Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for the procurement of office and training space rental (the Services) in order to select a suitable supplier for provision of those Services for NSRP for 3 years. The tentative dates of starting the Services will be in November 2026.

If your company is interested in this procurement package, please respond to all the questions in the questionnaire in Part 1 – Survey Questionnaire and send through email pvd.haunt@nsrp.com.vn The email must reach to the email address above no later than 26-Aug-2026 The response submitted via email must be clearly marked with the following tittle:

“Office and training space rental”
