Subject: Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Pest Control Service

PURPOSE:

To determine the shortlist of bidders from the long-listed suppliers approved in Bidding Strategy for bidding package “Pest Control Service” in accordance with NSRP Procurement Procedure, the Survey Questionnaire are developed as below.

“Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for the procurement of Pest Control Service (the Services) in order to select a suitable supplier for provision of those Services for NSRP for 02 years. The tentative dates of starting the Services will be in Dec 2026

If your company is interested in this procurement package, please respond to all the questions in the questionnaire in Part 1 – Survey Questionnaire and send through email hau.ptt@nsrp.com.vn.The email must reach to the email address above no later than 16^th Mar 2026. The response submitted via email must be clearly marked with the following title:

“Pest Control Service”
