Subject: Survey Questionnaires for Provision of Service Change Insulation from Rockwool to Aerogel

PURPOSE:

To determine the long list of bidders for bidding package “Service Change Insulation from Rockwool to Aerogel” in accordance with NSRP Procurement Procedure, the Pre-Q Questionnaire are developed as below.

“Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for the procurement of Service Change Insulation from Rockwool to Aerogel (the Services) in order to select a suitable Contractor for provision of those Services for NSRP. The tentative dates of starting the Services will be in April 2026

If your company is interested in this procurement package, please respond to all the questions in the questionnaire in Part 2 – Survey Questionnaire and send through email thach.cd@nsrp.com.vn. The email must reach the email address above no later than 20^th March 2026. The response submitted via email must be clearly marked with the following title:

“Service Change Insulation from Rockwool to Aerogel”

1. Does your Company have ISO 9001 Series certified or equivalent certificate? – Yes/No

2. Does your company have at least one (01) insulation installation service contract in the Chemical, Oil & Gas industry, or power plants within the last five (05) years – Yes/No

If yes, please provide evidence (scan contracts, Completion work documents,..)

3. Does your company have qualified Insulation Inspector, Insulation Supervisor, Insulation applicator? – Yes/No

If yes, please provide supporting evidence (e.g., scanned CVs and relevant qualification certificates).

4. Does your company have the capability to supply Aerogels insulation material? – Yes/No

If yes, please provide evidence that you can supply Aerogel Insulation.
