Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning to procure resin and is conducting this survey to identify qualified suppliers for the supply of the goods

For the avoidance of doubt, this notice does not constitute any contractual offer, binding promise or guarantee of business by NSRP.
PART 1: SCREENING QUESTION

Question 1:
Does your Company/Manufacturer have business licenses and/or permit for manufacturing and supplying resin?

If yes, please provide evidence. (Local distributor must have the authorized letter from Manufacturer with validity minimum 2-year)
Question 2:
Does your Company/Manufacturer have experience in supplying the proposed resin to refineries, petrochemical plants, gas processing plants, or condensate treatment units?
If yes, please provide reference list of customers/Projects/Contract/PO
Question 3:
Does your Company/Manufacturer operate under a certified quality management system (e.g. ISO 9001)?
If yes, please provide a copy of the valid ISO certificate (for manufacturing).

Please provide the following information for the proposed resin:

Does your Company/Manufacturer provide resin that meets the technical specifications stated in Annex 1?
